I have driven by this property so many times and wished I had my camera. Well I have finally had the chance to film this place before its gone. A large property with multiple buildings and a boat way in the back. No basement shots this time, as there were no stairs. What it lacks in interior content, it makes up for in size and amenities.

sad how they let old homes like this just rot away..these house back than were built so much better then the cookie cuters that we have today..If i had alot of cash to blow out of my i would buy one of these for dirt cheap..take 6 months to fix it up to how it use to be then turn around and sell it or rent it to a respect full family who would take care of it

The 23 year old class picture is kinda creepy, not a very big class but I guess that’s a product of the decline of these type of homes and communities. Rural school’s are virtualy none existant in Southern Ontario today.
