Deutsche Bank Abandoned House.mpg
This house in the Union-Miles neighborhood of Cleveland is another example of Deutsche Bank’s failure to comply with Health, Housing, Safety and Property Tax laws. Deutsche took title to this home in December 2007 after foreclosing on the owner, and has let it sit vacant for over 3 years, deteriorating to the point where it is a hazard to the neighbors. This house will eventually be torn down at taxpayer expense – meanwhile Deutsche has failed to pay $8,600 in property tax over the past 3 years.
