It has been over 2 months since a judge divided property between me and my ex-husband. He has not made any attempts of contact to make arrangements to pick up the property. Since it was awarded in a divorce case, does the time differ for the property to be considered abandoned?

That’s a good question. You may want to check with the clerk of courts of that county because it vary’s from county to county. They are sure to have that information for you. Best wishes in your search.
