I am landlord, had roommate that moved out and did not remove all property. Tenant owed me money and stated verbally to keep property(desk, dressor, bookshelf) for the money he owed. 8 months pass, tenant now wants to reclain property, and threatening to call police to obtain property. I have no documentation he owed me money..
