As a fix and flipper though, the goal is to make a profit.  Lowing the price can nearly always get it sold, but the GOAL is to make a profit.  The point of the video is that sometimes cutting corners and not fixing the house to meet or exceed the expectations of the market can and often does COST MORE than the savings of cutting those costs.</description>
