In my backyard garden talking about the courts threatening to allow the banks to unlawfully hijack my family legacy and they usually use a Sheriff, ,,, (who are supposed to protect ordinary folks from big corporate criminals who steal our family’s labor, and sell our childrens futures to foreign entities who are impersonating a de-jure representative government of the unanimous majority,,,, or was that only 51% of them telling the other 49 that
they can steal your land if the ‘majority’ feels like it, thats called “Mob Rule” .. people need to understand their own personal sovereignty, before this gangster bankster game will ever end, people will have to be responsible for themselves, and revert to simpler ways, clean ways of life, and what is free, money is what got us into9 this mess and getting rid of it will get us out, but we ALL need to walk out from under the pyramid, not just a few, but MILLIONS need to all STOP using their monopoly money

Courts enforcing mere statutes do not act judicially merely ministerial, having thus no judicial immunity, and unlike courts of law do not obtain jurisdiction by service of process nor even arrest and compelled appearance. Boswell v. Otis, 9 Howard 336, 348.

After the bank committed forgery by signing the same name (by 3 separate hands), on a proof of service which they claimed they posted on my door by court order, (but NEVER did), and after a sheriff posted a 5 day notice to vacate, BASED on this fraudulent proof of service, (which by the way was not only a forgery, but not even filed by the required deadline, and then backdated by the clerk of court), i was forced to file bankruptcy to put a ‘stay’ on the sgeriffs to prevent them from forcing me out and to buy more time to build my case.
The banksters filed a motion to ‘lift my stay’, but then i was told by the bankruptcy court, that they withdrew it. I called the bankruptcy court every day for a week, to see if the bank tried to re-file it, (so that i might be prepared to counter them), and the clerk informed me that NOTHING else had been filed, and that NOTHING at all had been filed again.
Then yesterday i called again, and the clerks said that the bank had a motion to lift the stay all along, and that they had accidently filed it TWICE, and withdrew ONE..
can you say MANEUVRE?

I also called the local court every day to see if any opposition to my complaints and motions to vacate the clerks default ( which the banks had gotten the stay based on with their forgery, perjury and fraud), they assured my no opposition or response had been filed, (their deadline to file opposition was monday, but i checked every day just in case the clerk decided to backdate something again… sure enough, they did it AGAIN!
This is an OUTRIGHT violation of due process and nothing more than the courts furthering the agenda of criminal syndacates called BANKSTERS, to fraud the people out of their property,
We all know the BANK (and there is really only ONE…..the IMF), are destroying the land we believed was free and our families fought for to own their own property thst NO ONE could take away from them, (that is the very fabric of what freedom mean, no one can TAKE what is yours), but the bank could not get away with it idf the courts were not comprised of their very own agents POSING AS JUDGES AND CLERKS who took oaths to PROTECT our RIGHTS and who purport to SERVE us.

More Fraud:
The Mortgage Company maintains two sets of books regarding your Mortgage payments. The local set of books, is a record that they loaned you money and that you agreed to repay that money, with interest, each month. The second set of books is maintained in another State office, usually a Bank because the Mortgage Companies usually sell your loan contract to a Bank and agree to monitor the monthly payments in order to conceal the fraud!
In the second set of books, your monthly Mortgage Payment is recorded by the bank as a savings deposit because there is no real loan! When you pay off the fraudulent mortgage, the Bank waits (90) days and then submits a request to the IRS. The request states: That someone, unknown to this facility; deposited this money into our facility and has abandoned it! May we keep the deposit? The IRS always gives their permission to the bank to keep the deposit and your hard earned money just feathered the nest of the Rockefeller, Rothschild and eleven other wealthy families in the world!
Remember what it means to be brave… these banksters get away with it because the courts are COWARDS. Do you have the Bravery to stand up to judges, policy enforcement agents, congressmen, and evil kings?
Or will you roll over and obey them, so that you might just go along to get along one more day?

I took a video camera to video my files. You could see that paperwork that I had sent USPS certicate of mailing was not in the file. Then after I began to scream bloody murder some of the paperwork returned to my file. I have video of that also! They began a smear campaign against me with the help of the local newspapers and the county commissioners. I turned it back on them with the help of God, my Flip camcorder and numerous flyers informing the public of these political whores!

I live in an apartment. My mgmt has brung me into court even though the rent was paid. When I show my M.O. for proof of payment. Their lawyers tells the judge “oh we found her payment” The scary part is the judge told me he could send the Marshalls to my house even if the rent is paid. This system is wicked and stupid.
