Although Im a real estate broker in NY & CA..I really dont pay attention to the mortgage market that much. My philosophy is..if you have a great network in place full of investors and buyers..then the market is always great. When I say “buyers” I’m also talking about investors. Most people dont have good networks set up so they rely on the market, banks, etc..

I hear you. Its really expensive for websites. I’m in real estate as well and internet marketing is challenging, but very productive. I love to see my people doing it!Didnt mean to be rude..they should have an option to comment in private. FYI..if you want serious customers..investing in a real website would be a good idea..especially if your claiming your making big money. Your business will appear as a scam even if its not. Keep up the good work. Nice house!
