Abandoned House #15 (Forbidden Feeling)

Another very cool Abandoned Location, several miles north of Grand Rapids, Ohio. This farm house was lived in just a mere 7 months or so ago, but it’s amazing to see it already looked the way it did. Newspapers in the mailbox said May 15th 2011 and someone had been around documenting the property was abandoned, so overall, a very mysterious and unfortunate situation there. Who ever will know the true story of why the family left or who the were. Maybe they will see this video someday!

What is the colorado law on abandoned property?

I was wondering how long items have to be abandoned before they become yours, some items were left at my house and they don’t answer calls or return them its a long story but what’s the law I thought 60 days please help

In Colorado, one only needs to give fifteen days from the notice. The notice, however, must be sent by registered or certified mail.

Abandoned Farmhouse sitting among farm fields near Perrysburg, Ohio. Cool place, but it was truly hard to guess how long it has been there. I assume at LEAST 50+ years! Check out more links on the property below!

There’s this abandoned school near me and I’ve already been there a few times, but can I get in trouble if I get caught?

There’s nothing that says no trespassing, do not enter, etc. Also there is no vandalism done or anything stolen.

Better question is, if I’m just doing ^, and I get caught by the cops, would it just be "your not aloud to be hear, get off" or a big fine.

And if I don’t go in any buildings would that help my case?

You could get in trouble for going into the building, so don’t do that.

If you’re just on the property, and you’re not doing anything illegal, I doubt if anyone would mind if you just walked there, or used the playground equipment if they have any.

If you’re hanging around and look shady and look like you *might* be doing something illegal, they’d probably tell you to move along.
